I went through Techstars twice as a founder, Denver in 2019 with Thrive Savings and Indianapolis in 2022 with Rewire Fitness. Both companies exited. That means I’ve pitched the demo days, burned the midnight budget, and made the growth calls when every dollar had to come back with friends.
Since 2022 I’ve been on the other side as a Techstars mentor, helping founders figure out the same things I had to: which growth channels deserve money, what to do yourself versus hire out, and how to get found by the people already looking for you.
